Dr. Saud Alhashimi is a Consultant doctor who was active in calling for reform, freedom of expression and democracy in Saudi Arabia. As a result, he was arrested without charge and now completed a year without even giving him the right to legal representation. Thats the case with anyone taken in by the notorious Saudi secret police. Fuad Alfarhan was an active blogger campaigning for Dr. Hashimis release. So he was also detained in the same manner on 10th Dec 2007. The producer of this clip faces the same threat.
